Returns and exchanges
The following applies to products purchased through our online shop:
Returns can be accepted up to 14 days after initial despatch.
If you wish to return an item first contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) number and form.
A completed RMA form must be sent with the returned item. The returned item must be in the original box and with all supplied accessories. All items that are received without a valid RMA form will be refused.
As per returns, exchanges on an item must include a completed RMA form. Exchanges may be accepted when:
- An incorrect item has been supplied by Premier Control Technologies Ltd (PCT).
- An incorrect item has been ordered by the customer and an exchange is available.
- The item to be exchanged must be in the original box and with all supplied accessories.
All items that are received without a valid RMA form will be refused.
Return and Exchange Shipping
Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items to PCT are the responsibility of the customer.
PCT cannot be held responsible for any lost items unless there is a signature proof of delivery.
We reserve the right to levy a restocking charge to cover inspection or testing.
In respect of goods that have been manufactured, customised or configured to customers’ specific requirements, or those that have been bought in specially, credits will be issued at PCT’s discretion.
Refunds can be expected to be processed within 14 days of inspection of the returned item.
